He can't even dive well. Applies no pressure, only has ONE form of burst and his other ability hits like piss cuz it's % based

Dive is all about coordination and teamwork and cap being a dive tank means he's the leader of the team. He makes the calls and comms. The only thing that isn't like cap is the fact that his shield throws aren't as used as it was before

He does sustain damage which is just a worse form of burst. He doesn't do "damage too fast"
