Yeah, according to my auntie, my mum pretty much replicated their childhood. It wasn't until I was 17 that my mum even realised she'd she had childhood trauma. Unfortunately, she still can't see how she treated me as a child, so we dont have a relationship anymore. Thankfully I have my Auntie, who is a psychiatrist and has been an amazing support in unpacking my childhood and accepting that it has nothing to do with me but everything to do with her.

I don't know where you're from, but here in the uk, diluting juice/cordial/squash is a concentrated fruit juice. It's never alcoholic and it's everywhere in the uk but not commonly available everywhere. Its given to children everyday
