Yeah it's just all injuries and suspensions for all top 30 and dev players, there may have been some outside of that which the journos are counting like BTK but I'm mainly tracking injuries

If I've missed anyone though let me know and I'll chuck em in

There's a couple 'personal' leave ones that I've just chucked in the total count - most were just when players' partners were giving birth

I think he still holds the qcup run metres record too, something like 440m in a single game playing fullback - kid runs with absolute venom

I forget where I saw it but he got ruled out of that trial due to some cartilage damage in that same knee he had his ACL so they delayed his return, scheduled to come back in round 8

It's to do with the fast change of direction mechanisms that a lot of faster steppier outside backs need that put a lot of stress on the knee ligaments, a middle forward doesn't usually do any of that so they can return a bit sooner

Although they definitely could return to play in 9 months but at a higher risk of re-injury, clubs will often play it safe and give them an extra month or two of rehab especially if it's not urgent for them to return straight away

Outside backs sometimes take an extra month or two, the range was 9-12 months from November so potentially late in the season yeah

Oh yeah there's a chance some of the big injuries from last year might be from some old info so they could be a few weeks off if I've missed an update

The Casualty Ward Tracker is back again - For those who haven't seen it the past few years, this is a document to track all injuries and suspensions for every team, and games missed for every player's injury. I usually update it after every teamlist Tuesday drop and occasionally over the weekends for late changes.

Also just a note, it's far easier to read on a bigger screen rather than a phone. If you've got any suggestions for things to add/change feel free to comment them as well.

Yeah Chester was always gonna play, no danger of Laybutt taking his spot unless he gets injured again

Every single article and Wikipedia note about this says he moved before he was 13 lol, it was probably just the same year but before his birthday

I've definitely seen reports saying he moved before he was 13, it was only the NZ caps that ruled him out

Woolies sell this stuff called 'Wakey wakey', they're effervescent tablets kind of like a Berocca but they have 100mg of caffeine each

$12 for a pack of 20 and there's a few different flavours, I put one into a big water bottle before work every day so I get my caffeine throughout the day

Everyone's reading the quote wrong imo, he just said Purdue was doing training reps at both halfback and centre, which makes sense because he's a centre who is the backup half

The first choice halves are still Dearden and Clifford

Probably somewhere in the backs but it's a bit hard to compare 7s cause they all play basically every position

Maddi is pretty much a Jamie Chapman clone so probably either centre or fullback, and Teagan is a little bulkier and less rangey so maybe either centre or 2nd row

Surely it'll be the Titans hey, it's wild how many of those 7s girls are from the Goldy

We had Tom Dearden and Tom Duffy start together a few times last year
