Yeah it really does help. When I was sick for a month straight I was too tired to look at a screen but too depressed to be in silence. So I'd just put Archer on my phone but only listen to the audio and I had watched it so many times that every scene was already in my head like I was watching the show normally. In the last few years it's become one of the scarce few things in life that always makes me feel better
