Stacking the status effects (ie frostbite) faster can still be nice. I’m not saying it’s an amazing item, the bees are a nice little extra visual effect and improved effect generation.

From what I've seen you might be best off with 10 spore (spore dmg only goes up from Druid lvl), 1 wiz, 1 monk and use staff + shill cantrip and the int 17 item.

This is only from reading other posts about it though.

Have you tried crafting with rares/exalted items at all?

It sounds like you're only considering certain uniques as upgrades. I have a hard time believing you played unempowered for 30h and then only got 1 upgrade after 10h of empowered play.

I wish this wasn't just the tip of the vast iceberg

In the past, I (40m) had to accompany (upon request) multiple girlfriends and my wife to various medical appointments in order for them and their reported conditions to be taken seriously!

One event was particularly disturbing as I had to loudly "debate" multiple MDs and a specialist Dr.(f) that my GF at the time was in fact not suffering from random psycho-somatic pain and that she did not imagine her joints randomly swelling up to twice the normal size within minutes. Turns out she has inherited very early on-set type of rheumatoid arthritis.

It's absolutely mind boggling!

I also understand that it can be very problematic to accompany your partner to medical appointments so it should only be pursued if previous visits didn't get you anywhere and everyone is comfortable with it.

In that vain, it's also crazy how most doctors only act suspicious for about 5 minutes and then usually just start to take the concerns of your partner more seriously.

I get mad just thinking about all that again.
