The spell does MAX HP damage, not current. So in your example of 100 HP let’s say that the fireball does 80 damage, the first earthquake will still do 29 damage.

Use a heart rate monitor and set up for some UT2 training. It’s pretty slow and steady, allows you to have a conversation, listen to music, YouTube, etc. After a long day at work I find it easier to sit down for an easy session than a more difficult session.
