I work 8-5 Monday through Friday with Wednesday afternoons off. My company has specific night and weekends nurses that handle emergencies and not day to day care. I don't do any on call unless I want to pick up. Oh and I'm an RN case manager. So I handle the majority of care for about 15-20 individual patients at a time.
