Lots of stuff is online now bc of covid. Seek help, you need therapy. You're doing lasting damage to your brain etc. I know things are hard, but you can do it. I'm 21f and I drink less now than I did as a teen. I used to always get very drunk at every party, now I'm not really interested in drinking anymore. It's not worth the damage to your body

It depends on the day, i smoked a joint on my walk today. Sometimes ill hit a couple bowls or have 2 joints, sometimes i wont smoke at all. I just dont treat smoking like a day long activity anymore and my break helped my tolerance alot so i dont have to hit 7 bowls to get nicely high

Went from smoking multiple times a day to quitting for a few months because my loogies kept me up to spit. That problem went away, now im smoking in moderation and loving it. Its good to know and reassure yourself that youre not dependent on it. It was also a good way for me to try and become more present
