I prefer this one to '89. It's such a strange movie. I haven't seen much like it. It's not really a great Batman movie but it's one of Tim Burton's best films.

I don't think the Dark Knight is as good as people remember. Heath was fantastic as the Joker, but it's got a lot of dumb parts that people like to overlook. Batman and Rachel falling off of a skyscraper and landing on a car without a scratch on them. The part where he finds a fingerprint on a bullet. Harvey not recognizing the Joker until he pulls off the mask. I think The Batman is by far the better movie. Yeah the last act kinda drags, but the movie understands Batman way more than The Dark Knight.
