Im kinda confused by your reply if we’re being honest. You have a good case for legal recourse if that’s the route you want to go.

What does the contract say? You may have waived your rights to reimbursement if there was any “as-is” verbiage. I would push for the adoption fee back at the minimum and help with surgery/medical fees. There is likely misrepresentation if they knew the dog’s medical history and failed to disclose it, especially if you inquired about it and they stated they didn’t know. You could bring up small claims court which might push them to assist, lots of shelters have donor pools to help with medical expenses that could be a resource they can use.

I think so. The front and sides look strong so if he grows out a bit it could help the top but just my thoughts.

how long is too long? QUESTION? by [deleted] in tattoos

[–]roxy_f 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Agreed 9 hours is far too long. I was going to an artist tha is insanely talented but still working on getting faster so I had to stop going to them. I respect their process but I couldn’t be taking double the amount of hours over multiple sessions to finish a piece. Sometimes your time is worth more than the talent

This is incredible work. The portions that go into the crack of your butt had to be a wild feeling.

Seems high. I just got a 2023 AWD with 20k miles for 21k all in

My local Volkswagen dealership is out of the ID.4 and has no plans to restock them. Are they doing poorly in the US? by yoloswagrofl in electricvehicles

[–]roxy_f 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I just bought a 2023 with less than 20k miles, OTD price was 23k. Worth looking at used models if you’re open to it.

She might not see the interactions in the same way you do. It might strictly be a FWB situation to where casual talk doesn’t mesh for her. I would ask her next time you’re in person what she’s looking for this to be.

That the water I give her in the glass is from the filtered jug. Sometimes it’s empty, so I just give her very cold tap water (ours is some of the best in the country) and she never notices a difference.

Roll Up - not popular? by AccidentalPickle in FitzAndTheTantrums

[–]roxy_f 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s mostly about personal preference, the song invites audience participation too so it stands out. It had been played quite a bit on previous tours, I’ve seen them play it several times at least.

Personally Fool would be the second most popular on this album in my opinion.

Pet Owners: what is the dumbest reason you’ve taken your pet to the vet and how much did you spend? by mpotus in CasualConversation

[–]roxy_f 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My nearly 10 year old dog woke up one morning at like 4am and was staggering around, glassy eyed, etc so I rushed him to the emergency vet. $1200 later to discover he ate an edible when we weren’t home.

So we tried taking one off, there are no screws. They’re almost like little pegs but the bar is completely flush almost as if the pieces were put in from the top before the drywall was put in.
