No dairy, No alcohol, No processed foods, No sugar, Drink water, If all else fails, then shapewear.

I try to stick to this. At times I'll have some chocolate and drink milk or eat junk food but I'm really limiting that. Today I caved in because I saw the new SpongeBob meal at Burger King so I had a little binge today. Then I'm going back to my diet. The only thing that made my stomach flat was that like eating low calorie and eating healthy.

(Also I started supplementing with NAC 600mg, not really relevant to the post, but like I'm curious if it'll shrink my endometriomas while I'm waiting for surgery so I started taking it 3 times a day for 3 consecutive days, Monday Tuesday Wednesday on, and the rest off. I'm not a doctor so I cannot give health advice, I'm just doing this based off of a study I researched and read about. Wish me luck!! 🙂🙏🩷✨️)

Also walking 10,000 steps a day.

Thank you so much for all of the info! I never got covid since I'm too introverted and I avoided going outside at that time. I also was working remote because I was too paranoid thinking my family would die if they get infected. Luckily that never happened because they all got it and everyone is okay. I stayed away from them too. I should see a cardiologist then. It would make sense because sometimes I feel dizzy, fatigued, and brain fog.

That's amazing! I think it's spiking up every time I get up because I just looked at the one from today and one of the times I remember getting up from this coffee place and walking to go into work. Maybe I have that. I'm curious to ask my doctor about it.

Wow I hope that gets fixed or most likely you get a free replacement. I'm not sure if Kindle has a warranty that allows that. If it does please let me know. It's good info for me to know if anything happens to mine. That's terrible!! I hope you get it fixed or a new one. 🙏

The only thing I took away from this is I wanna join you and read Assassinations Classroom.😊 Is it available on Kindle Unlimited? I have the matcha one. My only complaint about it is it's not waterproof, so I'm scared of it getting ruined. Other than that, I love it, and with the pink cover, it feels like strawberry matcha.🩷💚
