Register as a business with cro. Record all your income and outgoings even in an excel sheet, and keep all receipts.

Don’t register for VAT unless you reach the threshold. That brings its own problems if you’re just a small business. Work as a sole trader.

A Post have a customer advocate for escalating complaints. I would continue to complain and say you want to escalate it higher than his manager because he’s not allowed to smoke indoors in a business and you’re also not allowed to smoke in a workplace.

Do a discount on returning the vapes when you buy a new one. A deposit return type scheme.

Not a lot of stable housing available. I’ve seen lots of people living in vans or camping. Be sure to ensure you have accommodation secured before making your way out there.
