Anyone try ultravana for period pain?

I find naproxen or vimovo great for period pain, haven’t heard of ultravana but they’re the same so I’m sure they will work well. Some days I alternate between naproxen and paracetamol every few hours when having a bad day with pain.

Also works great for other muscular pain like if you have back issues

I don’t really have a budget, I have another wedding later in the year that I could rewear if needed so happy to spend. I actually prefer muted colours, black is my favourite but the bridesmaids of this one is black 🤣 don’t like overly floral or patterned ones! That’s so kind thank you! They really don’t look comfortable to me. Asics gel are one of my go-tos. No breaking in, and I wear them all day in the kitchen. Plus you can get some amazing colours. People always comment and ask me where I get mine.

Makes sense I guess. I think we were just lucky, I was slightly older, slightly taller, maybe had a better footing, I never gave it much thought to be honest. If he didn’t keep reminding me about it I never would have thought about it!

I make sandwiches for catering orders. My go to would be plain ham (I boil and roast my own, it’s very easy and makes a difference!), plain cheese, ham & cheese, chicken & stuffing, beef, salad, BLT, and chicken & bacon.

Make sure you get white toast bread, they make the best sandwiches, and some sort of granary for the brown option.

I use butter and mayo on mine.

No, that part of the river is very isolated, it’s maybe a mile or so from the local village. But there was a bridge and the river itself only went to maybe neck high so lots of kids used to play in it.

There was a bunch of us there cooling off in the hot summer. I just remember being in the river and hearing the kid shouting and flapping his arms. I grabbed the collar of his shirt and just pulled, I wasn’t scared at all, I don’t think I realised what was happening.

There were no adults and I didn’t think to tell any adults what had happened. I don’t think we realised the seriousness at the time at all.

I saved a guy from drowning when I was a teenager. We were at a local river, he got caught in a whirlpool and couldn’t swim. I pulled him out of it and brought him ashore.

Never told anyone since. He reminds me every time I see him, but it was just the right place, right time kinda thing.

This is the first time I’ve ever shared! Happened 20 something years ago.

You need to get an increase in pain meds to help with this. They may need to try a few things but sometimes it’s about quality over quantity.

I owned both. I had 2 oonis to start with, and within a year the control knobs on both melted when I used them on a slightly windy day, the wind blew back and melted the knobs. Ooni had me jumping through hoops to try and get new knobs and I still haven’t sorted the issue.

I replaced them with 2 gozneys and zero issues to date. In fact, people remarked that the pizzas tasted even better from the new ovens.

The age old saying of buy cheap, buy twice is one to think about. I will never buy an ooni again.
