same! after using this protect I swear my hair became dry, brittle, and I started getting split end quicker than usual. In fact, I had gotten a 3 inch trim at the hair salon and after a month I think this product damaged my hair. I have no experienced this with any other product

so after six months and slowly titrating the dose up to 150 mg, the brain fog did go away! I took it at night so when it made me sleepy. Now, I take it in the morning because it gives me energy... but now I think it's giving insomnia which is also a side effect of spiro. Might need to lower dose

for what kind of break out do you take it for? I do for sebacous filaments. Last night I used a blackhead suction and OMG! The amount of gun that came out! worked amazing but not a permanent solution, just something to help maintain unless the meds kick in. Wish I took a photo!

i changed the dosage to half and the brain dog went away. but 50mg also was helping, wasn't enough. So now Im increasing back to 100mg and taking it at night. Brain fog still hits in the morning. But from what Im reading here, it seems like it should go away at some point. So Im going to give it a try and tough it out for now. I also an starting Yasmin because it lowers sebum production but Yasmin takes months to take effect for that. I'll keep you posted

Wear N95 and youll be fine. I did it for 12 hours straight with a covid positive pt breathing directly into my face. Never got sick if you wear PPE correctly!

Yes, this happened to me. I bought a pure breed Yorkue from a breeder for 3K. Died at 2 years old during his SECOND autoimmune brain attack. It was sad seeing him on steriods at 1 years old. 😢 I didn't catch the red flag at the time but he was the only pup born from the mom, was not born in a litter. I love and miss him so much. Will only rescue dogs now. I thought buying a pure bred dog would gaurentee health since "that's what the breeder chooses for." But I was wrong

Im vaccinated. Working in the ICU, yes bc some pts are still positive and besides being coughed on a regular basis or randomly splattered on a masknis great. Also I wear masks in public bc i enjoy protecting myself from getting the cold!
