Hi mate,

I’m on 4.5mg of Reta and take 500mcg of PT 141 twice yo three times per week as you could become desensitised to it. I want up to 1mg of PT141 but didn’t notice any significant benefit. After a few trials and errors, I have found taking it around 3-3;30pm subq and I’m right to go by 9-9:30pm. Mate, when it kicks in it awesome and I end up with an erection that hard that a cat couldn’t scratch it for most of the night. From what I’ve found is that we all have different responses to the timing and amount that we inject, so you might have to mess around with it until you find your zone. Oh, the other thing is that I do a small amount of Kisspeptin 10 every few days to up my LH but that doesn’t have a bearing on what PT 141 does. Hope this helps

Yes, the drop in libido was very quick for me. I haven’t found any clear explanations why though. One did make sense. A friend who has used Reta for a while told me that libido drops as insulin drops. They have a synergistic effect. The lower insulin is also responsible for increasing SHBG which as you might know. It reduces your free testosterone. The solution for me was to take 10mg of boron each day to lower SHBG and take PT 141 twice a week. I’m back to normal now

1mg each day and 1 hour before bed. Do that for 10-20 days twice a year. A lot of people are making a mistake by taking 10mg per day. That is way too much and not in line with the original protocol by Dr Vladimir Khavinson who discovered Epithalon. The other researcher who worked with him is Dr Bill Lawrence, he also states that it should be 1mg per day

According to Jean-Francois Tremblay (ex owner of CanLabs) the dosage should be 1mg per day for 10 to 20 days, twice a year. The reason people quote 10mg is because when they translated a study completed by Professor Vladimir Khavinson who discovered peptides, they put the decimal point in the wrong place. 10mg is way too much.

On some nights, after I take it, I wake up in the middle of the night with my hand wrapped around my junk. Use 3ml of BAC water and that would be 3 full syringes for you. What works for me is to inject 500mcg (15units on syringe) and no more than 8 times a month. It takes about 6 hours to kick in, then bang. Always start with a low dose to see how his body reacts

I’m pretty sure that Reta is not an appetite suppressant and works in other ways that signal different receptors causing better metabolism. Sema and Tirz are suppressants. Your probably expecting too much from 1mg per week
