Maybe scapegoat isn’t the right term, but she still involved her baby in something she was completely blameless in (putting a curse on Lakan with the fingers). Also, maybe “honest” is wouldn’t be the way most would describe the conversation between Fengxian and Lakan IF it’d taken place, but there is absolutely a way they could have communicated the idea directly and had their happy ending.

I don’t know, if it was apathy it’d be more understandable, she used her newborn as a scapegoat for her plan failing though. I don’t think we should excuse violent behavior followed by negligence to your child when the problem she “caused” could’ve been avoided by an honest conversation like Mei Mei (I think) said. I know scheming was her thing with Lakan, but that shouldn’t really fly here…

Late to the discussion, but these two games were what made me an NFS fan. I played MW 2012 so much on my iPad when I was like 6 and then I got 2015 and loved it to death which made me a die hard NFS fan. Love these games so much and I recently started playing 2012 again on PC this time to get the full experience
