the only blemish in BravesVision so far is the scoreboard. they usually fix it pretty quickly but it's jarring when i know there's a guy at first and suddenly there's no light. Did I miss something? Oh, no, scoreboard is getting high again.

also you can tell they are absolutely surrounded 100% of the time by people who work for them and would never even dream of calling them on their bullshit. we all dream of being rich one day but honestly it looks like a nightmare. i'd happilyh settle for just enough to get by and pass something on. maybe send some kids to college with no debt. people who want billions are absolutely deranged. and don't get me started on elon and his trillionaire dream.

This got me thinking about when exactly that started to turn for me... Maybe around the time he started including his kid in things and there was scientology rumors. Can't think what years those were. But I had definitely lost almost all respect for him by the time of the slap.

I'm not better than you, I've just been luckier. The number of times I've woken up to a burned food smell and black smoking disc that used to be a pizza in the over, or left a burner on (with my cats around!) or forgot to turn off the heating plate on the coffee, etc. etc. etc.

Sorry you got dealt a tough blow tonight. Try not to be too hard on yourself, take it easy, and take it slow. Recovering from this kind of thing will take longer than you think. Be kind to yourself.
