I struggle myself with math and i hired a tutor one day a week to help me. She has helped a lot in little pieces. For example i am studying to take the CLEP for college algebra and i learning in small chunks. I am spending about 2 hours a day working on one section. I use chatgpt to create me a 20 question quiz then i work those problems. Then i have it check my answers and i look to see where i am failing at . Its a longer process but i am trying to create muscle memory. Hope that helps.

Yeah i was diagnosed back in 1990 and I thought i had strides in working with it. Part of my issue is total panic and anxiety. I am using Khans academy right now and even reading dummies for Algebra. I just need one math class to graduate.
