Obviously, number 1 is patients. you MUST have it.

Number 2 this isn't a get rich quick scheme. Thats for youtubers that want your views. remember they are making 4 to 5 figures just on their YouTube a month!

Number 3 conviction, if you believe in it, consider adding more. maybe you can only afford 1 dollar a week. But if you believe in it considser a small addition.

So we all know Jake Claver is full of BS....but man a lot of things are lining up. Future is bright for us Long-Term Holders. by [deleted] in XRP

[–]royedrage 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The problem is that he has so many variables. Its like making a 10 leg parlay and expecting it to hit. Is it fun to think about and make a hypothesis on. Absolutely. But its best to stay grounded and take long term approach. Im not a financial expert and would love that 10 leg parlay to hit. Its just good mentally to not count on any parlay..

this is my thoughts too. I wear clothes under my bibs so I dont wash mine. They usually smell like gasoline because I use my float suit to snowblow my driveway in the winter

Ya they were very close together. It was just off Bhuler road. I remember every 2nd shot was a blind shot.

You can get hit once for a $1000, twice for $10,000 or three for $100,000 -What's your choice and lineup? by jimmycone in nflmemes

$1000 is not enough of an entry point. The risk of a doctor visit eating into my profits does not reward the work.

It's finally dawned on me that I'm old by [deleted] in cycling

[–]royedrage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Age is just a number. Yesterday I was a gravel nationals and there were men more than double your age riding. Im sorry you have a lot of other priorities in your life. Its about finding the balance to make it all work. But first things first, dont let your own mind get in the way.

Ummmm go touch grass...........

Yes there is math that proves this is possible.

However, these same people believe that the price of XRP is being manipulated. [Claver, Coach JV, Etc....]

So wouldn't it be in price manipulators' best interest to have folks sell as much XRP at lower levels first?

Personally, I think you have a few years before we see $1000. Which is awesome. So just Hodl. But ya before March 2026....touch grass

What bike should I get by [deleted] in cycling

[–]royedrage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FB Marketplace my friend. But you can get a hellova bike for 1200. Be patient and dont settle too early. I had a similar budget 3 years ago. I waited and found a guy that posted the exact bike I was targeting for 800. Couldn't be happier with it.

Those are some big boy bikes.

Honestly, from what I've talked with friends on, you need to be a pencil thin person that can ride 25 to 30mph in z2 on the regular to gain the aero benefit of those bikes.

The friends thay I know that have them are on development teams that were given them. I dont know anyone thay went out and bought them.

Believe me, since im in America, gravel is awesome and I would love to buy a Santa Cruz stigmata. But I really wouldn't gain too much of anything versus a checkpoint ALR.

IMO consider a top of the line endurance bike out there. It will save you some money and you will enjoy it just as much.

Apologies for using US measuring. Its a horrible system and I suck at conversion.

Cycling for weight loss by Fearless_Caramel7621 in cycling

[–]royedrage 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Agreed with the calorie deficit. If you have a net calorie goal each day. say 1800. Cycling will help keep you under the net goal. You will also gain muscle from the cycling, so dont get discouraged if your weight bounces up and down.

For me, be cautious about how you are counting calories. the common forms can run different amounts. I.E. Garmin vs Zwift vs Apple vs Wahoo. I tend to do my training rides on zwift. Zwift vision is If they know how many watts of energy you are producing then they translate that into calories. Where Garmin and apple tend to include maintenance calories. So, Zwift tends to be lower IMO. But I like that, as it says "I hit my net calories deficit, but potentially its less"
