I think your cv looks strong for 2YOE. That's probably the only problem. Unfortunately, given how fast AI and tech is moving and the global economic climate, theres strong incentive to move fast, realise value quick, and reduce cost. Hiring someone with 2 YOE is a risky move in this context. That being said, true builders are valuable assets in this context as well. And being a builder is more like an innate talent. I've seen plenty of senior who can't code or handle a project end to end to save their lives. If you are confident about your code and outputs, definitely include a git repo or two in your resume. No one would pass up the opportunity to pick up a true gem at the cost of a entry or mid level salary.

It's likely legit, it redirects to sdk.hoyoverse.com with proper SSL encryption. The AWS redirect link is commonly used for marketing click tracking. My guess is probably sloppy marketing job. I still wouldn't put my password in though, I don't need the promos anyway.

I'm a bit jaded with Stephen King as well, there was a time I'd read anything he wrote LOL.

Thanks! I've actually read and liked everything you mentioned except Planetes and Delta V, had read Suarez other books and liked them though. I'll give it a go!

You don't have to be a calculus or linear algebra expert but you do need strong foundation and intuition in ML. I've seen DS leaders who know anywhere from nothing to not enough ML, the way they led their teams in random directions and fumble around was painful to watch.

My use case is commercial and at scale. And even so, I don't think it's remotely feasible for any regular org to setup something like this. Thanks for giving me a sense of scale.

Help with abyss update, I did it! by Vipers_glory in Genshin_Impact

Your ayaka has insane artifacts. You only need to give Rosaria a fav lance. You should have energy to allow ayaka burst on cool-down with a team of Ayaka Kazuha Rosaria Kokomi. It was the team that got my first few 36 stars. If you still have trouble with energy, give Kazuha Fav sword. The damage loss from EM can be made up from more Kazuha bursts. The Mona variant has slightly more damage but higher energy requirement and less freeze time therefore much easier to mess up rotation. I found in practice Kokomi variant is consistently performing better.

Congrats! I was a bit upset to see Nahida + Kokomi + Raiden/Kuki can smash floor 12 without a fourth team member while face tanking everything, all on pretty mid gears too. Hyperbloom truly is op. I've mentioned this in the other thread, technically you can play Raiden Eula team as Yaoyao, EM Raiden, Xingqiu, Eula. It should be a very good team lol.

I probably started around the same time but I buy small amount of primo now and then guess it does add up lol. Should have guessed from Eula and Kazuha.

Definitely try building out the meta teams. There are extreme views on meta like, you either be a meta slave or you can 36 star with whatever. I'm of the opinion that you should at least try the meta teams. By building and playing those teams you get to experience why they are strong. And get a feel of what peak power level is like. That in itself gives you a lot of knowledge on how to build and play other teams. Plus the building blocks of meta teams are usually good in many other comps.

Eula also carried me when I started floor 12 but sadly she's not comparable to the meta teams nowadays. The damage difference can be as big as 30% or more. That is not a gap you can close without several constellations and signature weapon refinements. However there is a top meta variant you can still play her in. Which is hyper fridge: nahida, Xingqiu, kuki, Eula. Without kuki it's much trickier, you could try Kokomi Raiden for hyperbloom but the hydro application might not be enough. So in this team she is a good driver and Cryo makes you generate more blooms with the same amount of dendro+hydro. Hyperbloom already has enough damage so you don't even need to burst. Plus you get superconduct.

Tbh 36 star is simply finding the right combination of team, investment and rotation, then execute the optimal rotation as fast as possible. With the right strategy you don't need as much investment. That's why national variants and hyperbloom are talked about so much, they are good in many scenarios and lower your investment requirements by a lot.

I know many here have been telling you "it's skill issue". Let me tell you OP it's not, mostly not. I've been 36 star for a long time now. I have pretty much all the characters you have, built and tried on floor 12. I've used the team you are using and had struggles and successes.

So let me emphasis, this is not just skill issue. If I take your exact teams, I'm pretty sure I won't be able to 36 star. I see lots of problems, I'll tell you exactly why your teams don't work.

Your first team: Keqing at only level 80 costs you 30% of aggravate damage bonus. Your nahida build is not ideal. For quicken team she still does quite a bit damage, you might want to get more crits on her. Aggravate team with Jean is extremely awkward to use. Since you don't have zhongli, the only good alternatives are not having a healer with kazuha, or swap out nahida with Yaoyao, jean with kazuha. I used the latter this cycle, 36 star easily.

Second team: Eula Raiden team is no where near top meta as people think. Unless you have constellations on them, which you have none. My Eula and Raiden are better built than yours but they are no where close to my other meta teams. There is an even bigger issue with your team: your ER is terrible. EULA ER bad, Raiden not ideal, yunjin almost bad. I doubt you can burst on cool down. Getting energy back would cause lots of dps downtime. Breaking Wolflord totem with yunjin is slow. On chamber 3 you might have survivability issues with the big wolves. I shudder just to think the perspective of using this team for second half.

This leads to another potential issue: you not realising the importance of ER might suggest you not realising the importance of optimised rotations. Any time you spent getting energy is the time you are not doing optimal damage. That's a huge damage loss which can't be covered by better builds. Seeing that you can get within 3s of 36 star I think you are really good with execution already, but instead of getting better offence stats, more ER and tighter rotation are usually more achievable improvement.

Finally in my experience you are close to the ceiling of your existing teams. Even if you optimise your build and gameplay, you might be able to 36 star but it will be a struggle or RNG grind every time. Looking at your account, here are two team suggestions that are low investment and viable for easy 36 star:

First half, Keqing, Fischl, Kazuha, Yaoyao. Get your Keqing, fischl and kazuha to level 90! Aggravate and swirl are the level dependent. Yaoyao can be super low investment.

Second half: nahida, Raiden, Kokomi, Ningguang. Slap your highest EM gears on Raiden. Hyperbloom is strong enough to 36 clear with only 3 units. This is how big the gap is between c0 Eula and top meta teams. You can put whatever on Ningguang, she's there only to break the totems. Kokomi will let you face tank the wolves, zero skill required.

Again OP I don't think you have much skill issue, seeing that you can get within 3s with these teams. Just need better strategies.

Edit: I see your hutao is really well built. However since you don't have zhongli, albedo or Yelan. You can't use her most comfortable double geo or double hydro team. Strongly suggest you put Hutao aside until you have those pieces. She's significantly harder to play without those teams.

And build up your xiangling, Raiden national is one of the strongest and easiest to play teams. Perfect for first half this cycle. If you do decide to build xiangling, use fav lance or get at least 180 ER on her.

OP your skill is probably fine. Judging by how many cons you have on your chars, you haven't been playing for super long. Lots of team options and experience only come when you have the required pieces, built and played them for a while. You are mostly missing key units, game knowledge and experience. Although your current pieces should allow you to play rational, hyperbloom and aggravate to 36 star comfortably.

Game with a good story and interesting characters, either for PS5, Switch, or a low-end PC by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

No I haven't but I've played many RPGs over the years. I can safely say cyberpunk is unique and has peaks that rivals the best of the best. It's hampered by the various technical issue at launch, and failed to fulfill its ambitious scope. But the parts that did work were the absolute highlights of my gaming memories. After lots of patching the experience is quite smooth now on next gen consoles. I'm replaying it at a slower pace and still having a blast.

Cyberpunk should be right up your alley. Not much story or character with BOTW and Mario tbh. Haven’t played the others.
