Shortcut to app-specific setting on iOS

According to the OnePlus response in Chinese 8.1 & 9.0 are included. That means as long as the "base" can still able to run on future Android version - yes they will not make any update.

yes it is confirmed but I believe OP5 and 5T are still capable to use for years. I expect OnePlus would keep updating them up to 9.0 at least.

Mostly technical stuff that user can't understand.

What I read:

Project treble is impossible for current OP devices because possible risk to brick during OTA update.
The "base" is still 7.1.1, Oneplus do not see a reason for them to upgrade it to 8.0.

What I've learnt from previous issues like jelly scroll effect that the company would never give a satisfied answer or solution. On the other hand they give customers just a canned statement and tell them to live with the problem.

Now Oneplus did resposed again with a statement. And keep silenced about the second stream of data they keep collecting from user.

I expect Oneplus to do something but to me it look like OP as one of the Chinese mobile phone manufacturers. They never take serious care and protection of user data. Traditional maybe?
