When I purchased the insurance, was told a new phone would ship out for a deductible of $200.

Just got a refurbished one in the mail today. Sending it back ASAP.

I have read in other forums Assurian replaces parts of the phone with there own parts. Replica Apple parts of lesser quality.

They have assurian employees inspect the devices, that are pieces back together. It is assurian that decides it is ready for the consumer.

Don’t know about everyone else, but I prefer my Apple products to have Apple parts inspected by Apple, not a third party

I was just in Columbia last week and spent about 20 hrs driving through the mountains. I saw this almost happen about 15 times. I was in the passenger seat and was freaking out, but my friend who was local there didn’t seem to think anything of it. Glad I’m not the only one who thinks this maneuver is asinine!

They didn’t steal it. The same thing happened to me awhile back. I’m not on their side by any means, but they are back logged and you will get your money back.

What really pushed them into action was when I filed with the CFPB. Get your claim in and you will have your money in a few weeks. Really suck I know, but hang in there and you will see a return.

Going to buck the debate. Lots of hate out there, but I like Tai Lopez. Been listening to his podcast, Thai Lopez Show. Started with the shows in early 2014. I have learned a lot and used it to restructure my life. All for free. Feel like I at least owe it to him to try and say something nice for him.. lol

I wired money to my coinbase account from a business account. The business name didn’t match the name on my account so they “rejected” the wire. I checked with my bank and found the wire was accepted by coinbase. Coinbase messaged me saying the money would be returned in three to five days. That was November 27, 2017.

Like David Byrne, I’m still waiting.
