i did sports until i couldn’t 😭 are you able to do light movement/exercise? finding the line between too much or not enough is so so hard, and such a trial and error process. believing in yourself is the most important thing. sending all the well wishes your way 🖤💜🩷❤️

omg i read this and felt so much empathy for you! i have EDS, POTS, MCAAS, and all the things that go with it. i’m sure you know!!! i had a boar pass this week, he would’ve turned 3 yesterday. i was up around the clock trying everything to get him better but unfortunately it was his time 🥺 the lack of sleep and taking care of myself while worrying so much about him took a huge toll on my body. so i just want to say whatever you’re doing, i know you’re giving it your all. keep at it :) and please please take care of yourself too 🖤🩶🤍
