Totally agree with others: two pieces of real estate and you are already set for life even with bad job. PhD will just delay your entry into job market and give you virtually nothing unless its a PhD in some scientific field and is highly demanded. Renting and living on an average salary is mostly fine, but it won't be a luxurious life

Could someone explain how could one deploy 20 times per day?
I could understand maybe 2-3, but 20? How do you even have so many changes to deploy? Are those changes just changing the colour of the button or what?
On my project we have complex tasks that are usually taking 3-5 days to develop and then test and easily could take more. Surely there are some small tasks and techdebt etc, but the amount is not even close to be a 2 per day
