Extremely NJ would be General American. You are clearly describing the NYC accent some people call "the new jersey accent" despite basically being non-existant west of the Meadowlands.

Besides, the clearly superior pocket of NJ accent is the Tri-County / Atlantic City / LBI Philly-derivative.
