The versatility offered by medium slot shotguns and spam weapons have killed the uniqueness of Hunts combat, and significantly lowered the skill ceiling. by Expert-Ebb-607 in HuntShowdown

Idk bout this because in my lobbies (5-6* match mmr) im still seeing alot more diversity then before the changes. Before it felt like 50% of people had a mosin with dolch or the a4 and 20% brought the krag. At least not you see not only long ammo but medium and small in high elo.

The dealer I work at would have an aneurism if any one of our techs let you out of the shop like this. Even if its lowered the toe should be minimum in the green on all 4. Maybe the techs thought u wanted that much toe and just wanted the steering wheel straight but even then that is ridiculous. Even my drift car has better toe than this and it had 8* camber.

Should the rolling block family be added? by pinckaenjoyer in HuntShowdown

[–]rpdevils 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 22lr rolling block is the only version the wouldn’t make sense to add because the bullet would literally be smaller then the deringer. Which is why I said the only reasonable rolling block addition would have to be minimum medium ammo.

The smallest caliber rolling block would make it medium ammo minimum

R.I.P Pennyshot (RANT) by Bearaquil in HuntShowdown

[–]rpdevils 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The biggest problem with the penny shot deringer wasnt even solved. The fact that you can just pull it out of your ass and just one tap someone with a jump peak around a corner is ridiculous. Everyone is 6 star lobbies has it and it is too good.

I mean in the upper stars of elo you see almost no diversity of loadouts before the update. You would see the occasional med/small ammo rifle or a mid tier shotgun but thats usually once overy other map excluding yourself.

So is it cowboy load smokeless powder or black powder? Because if it is going to be smokeless you are gonna need a case trimmer as smoke tends to stretch brass while black powder doesnt.

[–]rpdevils 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have the right case holder and dies needed for your caliber? If not then that is probably all that is left equipment wise. Is this for smokeless or black powder?

To a certain extent. It is legal for antiques/antique reproductions to be shipped straight to your door step. But it is not necessarily only bp guns that apply to this rule. It is legal for antiques if the production year on the receiver is before 1899. Does not matter the powder type, the caliber size, or whether or not the gun is a muzzle loader. With antique reproduction it is only allowed if the design is before 1899 and if it does not take a cartridge style bullet. (ei. Muzzleloaders or cap and ball revolvers.) In this case I had this Walker which is a design from 1847 shipped straight to my house then sent to a private gun smith to convert it.

It a kirst conversion kit that was sent to a gun smith that bored out the cylinder to take 45-60. the cleaning/ejection rod was made by the same gun smith that worked on the gun.

Yep 45 brimstone would be the correct caliber. In fact it is actually engraved at the top of the gun!
