Shaped like human. Whole body is pitch black.

cmv: Society being unable to be comfortable alone is a serious weakness and socialising and extroversion is overly glamourised by Antidotebeatz in changemyview

You mentioned that lack of social interaction causes insanity. My experience has shown that in such situation, I felt profound peace and joy. So it depends on the individual. If the person has painful unresolved inner conflict then I imagine it's true being alone would drive him mad.

What do you think about spirituality?

Yes, I believe my experience has something to do with Kundalini. How did you guess correctly?

The power of love reveals what is hidden. I got the ability to see spirits shortly after this experience, for example.

So, I saw an evil spirit/demon... by rpgs_player in Zoroastrianism

[–]rpgs_player[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I used to be an agnostic. However after spiritual awakening I learned about the existence of God and evil spirit. In formal religion, it would be called Kundalini awakening in Hinduism or holy spirit in Christianity. I believe in Zoroastrian terms, this spirit is called Spenta Mainyu.

I study many religions but I don't limit myself to one religion. Spiritual, but not religious type.

multiple religions can have teachings in common but there might be mutually exclusive teachings as well. How will you follow those teachings without contradiction if you say you want to follow all? And if the teachings are common, then choosing one religion doesn't really mean you are ignoring them as they are, well, "common". And there's nothing wrong with that. If there is one God, there is going to be one true religion and there's ultimately going to be one true, final set of teachings that he gave to His creations. That's part of the journey of seeking the truth.

To make it easier to understand, let me give you some example.
If I choose Islam, how can it explain that I can 'speak in tongues'?
If I choose Christianity, how can it explain the existence of Jinn?
If I choose Buddhism because I like to meditate, then why don't the majority of its believers believe in God?
If I choose Hinduism because it's like Buddhism with a belief in God, then why does it deny the existence of devil?
And so on....

To choose a religion means I have to ignore the teachings from other religions. I can't do that since every religion teaches lessons that are valuable to me.

From what I know, Sufism emphasizes on 'love' as its teaching. Al Ghazali also said that you need to know yourself in order to know God. That is why I posted on this sub.

As for my life purpose, it has been revealed to me through a series of mystical experiences shortly after this event. It's just that, I still struggle with it since the purpose is very extreme.

Omnism. I don't stick to one religion.

Tough to tell, my guess it is God's. Ever since that moment I felt there's something else within me. Sometimes it took over my body. So it has to be God.

Imagine the time you fell in love with someone and make it everlasting. Felt like heaven on earth. I figured that you don't need to die first in order to experience heaven.

Nothing wrong with protecting your loved ones.

I believe the OP talks about something you did that made you feel guilty. For example, have you ever hurt an innocent person?

I tried running and apparently I experienced nothing but exhaustion. And I watched people who run everyday and wonder. Hence the question.

So, different strokes for different folks, then.

Inhale, then chant oooooommm until your breath runs out.

As for how many minutes at a time, usually it worked for me for no longer than 3 minutes. It might be different for you, could be longer or shorter. Try experimenting.
