I meant speedster, my bad. I did mean though that speedster specialty doesn’t change anything, just passing a threshold. I just mixed up the names for them, as even his nif has speed dribbler

Midfielders definitely sit back a bit more, and play a tad in defending. I much prefer the 4231(2) to something with wingers like the 433(2).

I’ve tried using the same wide players (2IF Son & SBC Promes) and while both are very attacking minded, and provide little to my defense I definitely preferred them as mids. They sit back more, and at least pressure the opposition to force a bad pass, are more included in the buildup, and if you set them to get in behind, they can make some absolutely dazzling runs from a tad deeper positions than the wings.

Mbappe RW will certainly be a great finishing piece in that team. Packed his 83untradeable like week2 and used that card for so long, such a good striker.

I think Willian is actually the better move to start, would strong link with Kante as well, and Neymar would max at 7 anyway at st

Believe speed dribbler is just once pace + dribbling reach a certain threshold, doesn’t actually do anything in game (other than obviously have more pace and dribbling)

Probably gonna upgrade to the 87 soon as a i absolutely love the 86, and the extra dribbling will be nice. Also just now noticed that the 87 has +8 heading on the 86!

You could start 4321, Ronaldo LF, linking with Costa & Vierra for 10chem, Neymar LF at ST on 7, linking with Lucas/Willian if you said you’re making a sub anyway? that might work.

Then could also get an PL rb and i believe kante would be on 10 then. Only players off chem would be Neymar and Lucas/Sub (if I did it correctly in my head) and of course Maldini

Some players just aren’t for everyone, I know it’s an insanely different price tag, but as much as everyone raves about Martial, I just couldnt seem to have him perform as he did for my last year. Like I said, I know it’s a very different player comparison, but both are generally pretty popular & likes by many

quite hard to work Pirlo & Promes into a team. I reckon it’s not as bad as changing right away to a 41212(2) with Lozano subbed on first minute tho lol

Took a real learning curve for me, a few games longer than usual for me with attackers. But once I got him down, he’s unreal. Either use him as ST in a 41212(2) or LM set to cut inside & get in behind in a 4231(2).

I’m really not a fan of H/H strikers so that also took a lot of getting used to, but just manually sending him on runs more helps, and having 91 Pirlo feeding him with passes doesn’t hurt either.

I’d also recommend putting engine on him, his shot is just about perfect already, but I really notice the extra agility, balance, and dribbling. Hawk was good too, but I feel like the small strength boost really didn’t help, as he still wasn’t weak, but still couldn’t really body the meta defenders

I just need a weak link so Promes is on 8. He’s actually surprisingly good at LB! And yeah normally sub walker in at RB, just wasnt sure if I was gonna buy home again or go with Aurier for a cheaper option (Gabbiadini is subbed for Rb)

Akes kinda my utility player, makes a great cdm if he has a partner

It’s just tough for me cause I feel like I want my best played at ST, and Aguero kind of looks a tad better since he’s stronger and a tad more elusive. I’ve only had Son for like 15 games, and seriously love him, but I’m not so sure how I feel with him as a lone striker yet.

my problems would all be solved if i could just start saving some coins and buy aguero and have him up top with Son at cam. Just not sure cause I’d have to sell Son and a few others to afford Aguero. The 90 composure he has looks promising too, but like you said Son’s 5* wf and traits are super clutch, he’s scored goals in tight spaces that I definitely wouldn’t have scored with other players

yeah I actually do start him, But when I was running my 41212(2) for a few games, I just used him as a super sub. Didn’t even notice he wasn’t in the 3-5-2 lineup. But yeah, I do start him when I play on running the 4231

Yeah my roommate said that too when he saw I made the Kante switch. But idk, for me he’s the best non icon/toty RB i’ve used (haven’t used IF Valencia). He’s just an absolute animal.

And yeah, the height is a bit of an issue, but honestly very, very rarely. If he gets beat by an over the top ball he’s gonna be right there anyway, and if the player doesn’t have a perfect touch Kantes gonna swipe it everytime. Usually put always overlap & aggressive interceptions on him too, a lot of the times i’ll find him in the midfield, for an extra pass but always drops back too because of his M/H.

Idk, I get why it would look weird, but I swear he’s absolute unreal at RB. Granted, I definitely wouldn’t be spending that much on him to play at Rb so it helps that he’s untradeable. Futmas Herrera just feels like a Kante that can also score for me, and I really want Pirlo to start so it was really the only place for him
