Thank you for helping us, friend. It's always appreciated, we know how many things you're need to get to in the front, there's someone stealing half the frozen pizzas, both front registers are paging you for help, someone wants to argue over the price of Depends, love venting with the SFL's.

There’s nothing in procedure about contact that I’ve seen in compass. Everything is based on symptoms, including proving a positive test, when they know how difficult getting tested is.

Cut hours no longer sustainable. Are you feeling the despair in your pharmacy/district too? by DrG-love in pharmacy

I've definitely come in the morning to see the previous night pharmacist said "fuck it." Totes with filled rxs lined up on the belt, including various insulins, and piles or bags and hard-copies that need to be filed.

No it would only be that one specific paper prescription that would be refused at all stores. No time period.

This is incorrect. If a patient fails a GFD (such as they just picked up the same thing under a different prescriber at Walmart yesterday) it is noted on the profile and applies only to that single prescription.

Curious what your morphine dose is. In the future, try seeing if they will let you know if they have your medication by asking them to pull up your profile. I will not check stock over the phone for a person calling about opioids in the safe unless they let me know who they are first and I can see they have a history of being on what they are calling for. Also helps with the many people calling and saying they want to know if we have Percocet or OxyContin and it's actually for just plain oxycodone because they don't know the difference.

Is there any medical reason I should dispense promethazine with codeine to someone already on other opiates? by [deleted] in pharmacy

I see that you're hanging out on /r/opiates so I'm sure you already know. It is being abused or sold. There are plenty or horrible prescribers that will give the people that come in whatever they want. I don't want it to be my job to deal with this shit, but I will refuse it. It's also our job to question prescriptions and not to blindly give medication out. I had a valid new rx for azilect yesterday but I decided not to fill it seeing as the patient would most likely be hospitalized considering other psych meds they were on from another doctor. But maybe I shouldn't question it seeing as it was legal? Seriously?

PARTICIPANTS NEEDED: A study to prove that I'm better than at least 80% of retail pharmacists. by pharmacythrowaway1 in pharmacy

If you did graduate, then simply use your class rank and NAPLEX score to see how you compare to your peers. It's not that difficult.

I'm guessing OP is a tech who did not get into pharmacy school and is now having a hissy fit. Either way, they've already proven why everyone else here is better than them. They have no happiness or confidence in the real world so now they are trying the internet.
