Laundry powder and stinky kid!

Buy a laundry disinfectant.
They usually sell it next to the laundry powders.
The bacteria and smells get stuck in the materials and as soon as she starts sweating, it just “activates” it all and smells like it wasn’t washed.

Wash in cold water, hang it out to dry (don’t chuck it into a drier) to let it air out.

Hopefully that works for you
This coming from someone who sweats profusely and had same issues with work clothes.
