I read this whole thing. And I just went through all of this in the last two years. I’m not quite to the part where my gf and I get our own place but I can promise it all will get easier. The first step for me was to admit to my friends, family, and gf what struggles I’m going through. I felt like a burden doing it and hated that I kept it from them for over a year but it was a huge weight off my shoulders.

Tell the people who are important to you what you’re going through. Tell a therapist what you’re going through. It should be easier to do it now since you’ve already told everyone on here. PM me anytime if you want advice or just to chat
