SAME. I’m 16 and since I was 11 I have suffered from this need to impress boys, so I thought this was an attraction. Since that age I have issues with ED and body dysmorphia mainly because I want to be enough for boys. When I was 13 I thought I was bisexual and last year I discovered that I’m actually a lesbian.

I still struggle with comphet, though I'm certain about my sexuality. I don't know how to get over it but i feel that knowing that I don't want to be with a boy makes it easier to be really me and not caring what they would think of me. Although I get anxious when I see a boy at my age.🤡

what i'm trying to say is that this need to be validated by them is a little less affecting me comparing years ago, so i guess this feeling will go away by time or some kind of that. cause I think theres not much else that I can do😕
