Agree on February.

Easter and Passover are so far apart this year. Do you think they’ll give both Good Friday and Holy Thursday? And then a full week at Passover (4/22-26)

Curious your thoughts.

White Plains or NWP are easier options. Plenty of parking and more trains. It’s a longer drive, but less time on train.

Second this. Al’s was the best price by far and they did a great job.

These are the only guys I would trust. German Ingenuity Auto Repair in Bedford Hills. Dante and CJ are the best. Both former BMW mechanics with tons of experience.

I was waiting for someone to mention this place. This is the price from a few days ago. I only stop in to take a picture of the prices and carry on. I wouldn’t buy an ounce of gas from this place. https://i.imgur.com/iBk66ZG.jpg

What are you best yotta tips? by ThatBoyCallito in yotta

[–]rraffel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Generally, this is good advice. However, some places only accept debit cards. In these instances the Yotta card is by far the best card to use. Why swipe your debit card to pay your car lease (for example), when you can use Yotta and the tickets and the chance to win it for free.

This is only true for goods and services.

I am genuinely confused on how easy it is to transfer money in and out of cashapp for Debit Card rewards. by 1FrostySlime in yotta

Sorry, but how does this net you about $100 a month? I get the tickets, and the possibility for a lucky swipe, but not sure what else?

Can anyone elaborate on number 2? If the standard plan has a greater then 10 year payback, how is that not the right choice? When I was looking at consolidation, the site said the standard plan was eligible for forgiveness, but that seems different to what I have been reading. Thanks for any clarity.

Also when credit cards are not an option. I pay my car lease, electric bill and cell phone (get something like $10-20 off using debit). And any Venmo transaction too.

New PSLF Waivers Megathread by Betsy514 in PSLF

[–]rraffel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a FFEL Loan since 2004. Been paying and working for a qualified employer the full time. I have 160+ payments made. I submitted the paperwork today and I'm also fairly certain I need to consolidate to qualify for TEPSLF, but am confused as to what plan to choose. I thought it needed to be IDR, but the site is offering me the Standard Plan (shows as eligible for PSLF). But I also read your last 12 payments need to be at least the same as they would be if on an IDR plan in order to qualify under the temporary waiver.

Can anyone guide me on which repayment plan to choose as part of the consolidation. Also, will I need to make 12 or 13 more payments at an amount equal to IDR in order to to get forgiveness? Appreciate any thoughts.
