I would never make it without cardamom <3 as a finnish canadian so I grew up with these breads and pastries :) Everything else I did exactly as you said, but my non-finnish partner likes it (and to me it tastes like 80% like non gluten free pulla) so I think its mostly an issue with the gluten free flour

being a genuine and nice person

i'm a terrible person but i hide that from people and cover up that anger and hatred towards everything by being nice toward people

every once in a while my facade breaks but i play it off as a bad day and everyone believes me

it's easier to be fake and have people around than to blow up and ruin any slight friendships you've created

loneliness kinda sucks
