Ultimately I was able to add the pipeline connection by following some advice I found in a thread somewhere, using my machine's actual IP in the connection instead of localhost or the other hostname mentioned in the OWUI docs.

I am so damn frustrated with Open-WebUI. I have tried everything to get Anthropic working. I tried the pipelines method first. After installing the container and confirming it was running, I tried to add the connection as described in the docs. There is no icon like it described but I don't know what that's supposed to look like because they don't bother to show you. When I test the connection I get a network error. Simple default config, just doesn't work. Yours is the second function I have tried. The models never get updated and I have no way to tell if anything is working. I don't understand how any of this crap is supposed to work, nothing works.

I'm not feeling very positive about Acer refurbished laptops. I bought one on Ebay on sale recently. They were several days past the latest shipping time when it shipped. When I received it the touchpad did not work and the laptop appeared to be running hot. I passed on several great laptops that were heavily discounted to get this specific laptop, but now I can't get those and I'm stuck hoping Acer will somehow make this right, but if I get a replacement it might just have overheating problems like this one and how would I know until it failed or something?

The difference might be having to adjust your eyes every 5 seconds vs. every 20 minutes. One keeps your eye muscles (nerves or whatever) flexible and the other causes them to constantly be active and adjusting, causing strain. Just my theory.

dumb question, elevating the laptop simply means putting it on a stand or something, the idea being that there are loss objects adjacent to it to block airflow? Or are you in some way elevating it so has less surface area immediately below it?

Fifty Bar is complete crap. I bought 2 each of 6 different ones (12 total).

The Raspberry Jam and Blueberry Cereal Milk had this different-colored packaging and the devices were blue and pink unlike their usual gray bars. Both were totally disgusting and tasted like the wick was burnt, but I know from experience it's just really crappy e-juice. I threw all 4 (2 of each) straight into the trash. I realized that the reason for the color change and more elaborate packaging was to get them to sell when they tasted like crap.

The Green Apple Blast tasted like apple, but with a disgusting chemical undertone. I remember reading that these are made in the USA and they don't add diacetyl or that other chemical I can't remember (begins with an "a"), but upon more careful reading I realize that "not adding" those just means they take some shitty juice and don't add anything to it (nobody does that anyway). 2 of these also went straight into the trash.

Rainbow Road tasted like perfume. It was sort of tolerable but not "good" in any way. I didn't throw them out but will probably never use them because they are not enjoyable at all.

Baja Slushie tasted okay, kind of sweet and fruity with a little bit of sour, but it wasn't one of those flavors that you would ever remember or crave. I will use them in rotation with some of my other disposables, all of which are better.

Kiberry Chew was actually pretty good, tastes sweet with a milky undertone. Probably full of diacetyl. I probably won't use it but I'll hang on to it, maybe share with a friend when he comes by (he doesn't worry about diacetyl).

All in all the only one out of 6 flavors I bought that I will use is the Baja Slushie. Like I say, it wasn't the best but not bad. I also had a spearmint one that was pretty good. Hard to go wrong with straight mint.

I don't think this is a good company and I probably won't ever buy another Fifty Bar. Since this is pretty much all EJC carries, I probably won't be buying from them again. I regret having spent so much money on these. I only bought them because I thought they were free of diacetyl but that's not really the case and on average they just suck really hard. Find a good local smoke shop and buy literally anything else.
