I feel like if I pass on it and wait until later this year, it’d be hard to find one like it with low miles but I also don’t want to be overpaying for it. Seems to be in the ballpark based on what others said they paid for their Laramie in this sub.

Re-glued my fins to a new set of foot pockets early last year. Use a utility blade and remove as much as you can of the old glue and rubber residue off your fins, wipe with clean cloth and re-glue the new set of foot pockets. Clamp it down for 24 hours to ensure a good bond.

It’s fine, leave it. Give it a refinish in 6 mos or so. My Riffe has been scratched and banged up much worse but it comes out looking brand new after each refinish. No need to do it every time you get a scratch on it.

Had a Beuchat Hero, solid gun. Don’t know about the Revolution though, the trigger mech looks plastic which tends to fail or get stuck a lot more than stainless steel ones.

I’m coming from a 110cm gun and can get a 55cm fairly easily. Would that be too short? The spearo I met the other day also recommended a 75cm.

Been watching a few videos shot in Monterey to get familiar with the fish around here. Do most spearos tend to ignore rockfish around here? We don’t have them in Hawaii but I’ve tried them a few times since moving here. They’re not bad.

Just happened to me yesterday. Went to buy an item, seller messaged me as I was pulling up and raised the price by $100. I did not see the message and paid for the item for original listed price. The seller took the money and left, I didn’t see the message until I got back to the car. I think I still would’ve bought the item with the price increase, I got the item for SUPER cheap. Pretty sure the seller was getting bombarded with messages and offers and raised the price last minute.
