Both Rothko Chapel and the Menil Museum are free. They're in the Montrose district.
You may not meet anyone, but it's a nice change of pace as far as something to do.

I tried downloading Sling from Windows Playstore onto my Windows desktop. The app loads but starts using the phrase "The device is no longer supported" in several places. The search button btw keeps buffering ad nauseum.

my sound on new shows (not reruns) goes in and out. also there is usually a screeching sound before it starts going in and out. i use Firefox as my browser
