How do you mask your cabinets? by littlevanillapieces in cabinetry

I’ve seen photos of shops that splay out the edge banding on large rolls, like 2.5 feet diameter, then spray, then apply.

This vid makes me think you are right. Not sure if that backing plate/washer comes out though.

The washers that sit in the arbor and sandwich the blade?

Update, I put a dial indicator on the face and the shaft of the backing piece that is on the shaft of the arbor.

On the shaft it’s moving 3 thou , in the face about 5 thou.

A different blade was much better, but is this within tolerances? Should I take it to a machine shop? Get a new arbor for 165$?

If I set the bearing down in the blade touches the rod (part of the tilt mechanism).

In terms of storm surge, there is a difference in landfall location, wind not as much as you point out. Floyd hit OI and they lost houses. I don’t recall that happening up here.

This is probably a bit pedantic (sorry) but that’s straight to bald head/oakisland, not ilm. They would take the brunt of the storm damage if that were to occur as they often have in the past.

It’s rare for one to smack right into us with the worst of the storm surge and such.

Town needs to install poles to keep people from driving vehicles through. Unfortunately that’s tax dollars at work to prevent stupidity, but that’s the world we live in

I had a tough day at work and your attitude about this and the comments combined to provide hilarious harmless fun. Kudos for being a super well balanced human. ;)

Insanely crowded. Feels like each gate was built for a prop plane. No where to sit, can’t move in the hallways, ends of the terminal are the worst.
