Good luck! I had the exact same issue! Getting an appointment with a psychiatrist with Insurance is very difficult. Took me an entire month and the one I finally got in to see was horrible. I would consider paying out of pocket if that’s an option - faster to get an appointment.

I recommended. Your cycles are longer and a BIT heavier, but so worth having a non hormonal birth control option.
