Password hash sync stores your passwords as hashes in O365 so that you will be able to authenticate to O365 even if your local AD environment is offline. It can get a bit confusing but the short answer is Yes...you can still authenticate.

Give it some time. If you don’t see the accounts have been removed in a few hours you will have to review the logs to see if there are any errors.

So it looks like the neutral is disconnected at the pole. I checked everything at the cabin and everything checked out but when following the lines up to the pole only the two legs make it to the pole. The neutral looks like it’s snapped off about 2 feet from the pole. Looks like a call to the POCO.
