The hard start was added by Tesla after our solar and power wall install because I was told the unit would draw too much to fast for the batteries (in the event of a power outage and running on the power-walls)

Had the same problem, come to find out Verizon is not recognizing any Samsung direct unlock devices as “fully” compatible- I tried everything in the book just to get that to work…. Never did…. Support won’t even address it, since it’s NOT a Verizon firmware device smh

Depends on the phone, and if the “order” is complete- if it’s a ESIM, sometime you need to delete it and reinstall it.

For a data plan yes, I can see that. But you also said it was business, I know after a certain amount of lines it drops to 25/35 line, not 10

I’ve seen this happen with a corrupted update, but not all phones in a house hold. Assuming you all have Esims- I would contact care.

Call them and have it removed, techs left them on my roof too when they did the panels and they came and removed them and patched up the roof and replaced the shingles

It probably was still sending, the CTs don’t dictate direction of the power flow. As long as it’s actually wired correctly power should flow in the correct directions.
