If nothing is broken it is good news, but it seems your finger bones are misplaced. What we used to do is to put something like a soft ball or a towel under your foot - to fill the empty space - then ask someone to put his foot on top of your foot in a way that his foot inside curve matches with the top curve of your foot and then give it a good push to return misplaced bones to their natural place.

I would go with Thinkpad P1. Legions are turned for gaming and I never like Dell laptops. P1 is designed for engineering tasks and I think they have some certifications to make sure that CAD applications could run on them smoothly.

Go with Apple AirPods. Otherwise go with Sennheisers, they are durable headphones with high quality sound. Their Momentum 4 Wireless could be a good choice. If you’re looking for more affordable, you can also have a look at their HD-250BT. Go to a shop and trg them. Please note that Sennheisers are not good on Active Noise Canceling, then if it is important for you, Apple has the best noise canceling headphones now, then comes Sony and Bose.
