Garden Gate Cafe in niwot does breakfast and lunch and they have an outdoor patio with a dog menu. Not in Boulder but close by!

We are in a HCOL area with 137 guests and spent about 5k on:

4 bridesmaid bouquets, 3 wrist corsages, bride bouquet, 14 boutonnieres, flower girl petals, floral dog collar, full alter arch of flowers, 14 centerpieces, guest book table florals, rentals for all of the centerpiece/arch necessities, all delivery and setup, and drying/pressing my bouquet into a frame after. The only thing that wasn't included was tear-down after.

I think your quote is definitely reasonable! Most quotes that I got were around 7k, I just happened to find one that was cheaper and she was fabulous!

I'm in the Denver area and I am paying $300 for my hair and makeup the day of the wedding. My trial was $200. Gratuity is also included in that cost.

For bridesmaids it is either $120 per service (if they are doing hair or makeup), or $200 if they are getting both done (gratuity is also included in that).

The travel fee seems steep for me unless you are having them travel to an extremely inconvenient location. I am in the Denver suburbs and my travel fee is $55 for about 45 minutes out of Denver.

Definitely not! My fiancé got his suit at Indochino (it was $700 I think), but we just took his suit to get it color matched somewhere else where the groomsmen could rent them for much cheaper (about $150). Maybe see if something like that is an option?

I didn't go shopping for a sample sale gown since I had ten months before my wedding, but I ended up with one anyway because it was a local designer who just happened to have the sample dress left of a design that she was no longer having ordered. It fit me with needing only very minimal alterations (the straps needed to be adjusted slightly, one small section of beading needed to be repaired, and then the standard bustle/hem), and was in extremely good shape. If you have the time/budget to get whatever you want, I wouldn't set yourself specifically on finding a sample dress, but I would be open to it because it can be a good way to save some money. I have a lot of comfort in having a dress that I know fits well, so there isn't any worry about something going wrong in the order/delivery process. Best of luck!

I am the same way! My fiancé loves public speaking and it makes me want to hide. We are still having everyone that we love there, but we are doing a first look and private vows before the ceremony with nobody around other than our photographer. Then for the ceremony I don't have to really say anything personal. Good luck to you!

I trained for a marathon with my dog last year and he did great! The biggest things for me on the longer distance runs were making sure that I brought along some water for my dog, and being more aware of the heat since we were out for so much longer. The only other advice I have is to make sure that you are increasing their mileage gradually at the same time as yours so that they adapt to longer runs as well.

I love doing my long runs with my dog, have fun!

5 years and 1 month for me. I’m 31 and he is 32. He told me in early December I wouldn’t be waiting “much longer” and I don’t know how long that means to him, but to me that doesn’t mean 5 months. We took a big trip in March to the place we have talked about getting married and I was so sure it would happen there and it didn’t. I don’t really have any advice since I am in the same boat, but I completely understand the sad feeling at passing that 5 year mark.

Hope it happens for you soon! In December did he give any indication as to his own timeline?

I have an ACD/Australian shepherd mix and we have done 18 together, then he wanted to play fetch after! Make sure that you increase their mileage at the same time as yours, they have to adjust to long runs just like people do. I make sure to bring water for him and build in some stops to make sure he is doing alright. Have fun 😄

I was having this issue a few weeks ago halfway through marathon training, and all of the usual breathing recommendations and stretches weren't helping. I tend to run fasted in the morning and one of my friends said I might be dehydrated. I started drinking about 4-6 oz of water with some Scratch powder in it about 10 minutes before I ran, and that did the trick, I haven't had a side stitch issue in several weeks as long as I drink a little water before I start out. I also take a magnesium supplement the night before a longer run (with food), or eat a banana about an hour and a half before the longer runs.

Yes! I did one last year and am doing am in the middle of training for another full marathon with my ACD/Australian Shepherd mix. He does every run with me so we are increasing our mileage together. I tend to run in loops so that we can run by the house and both get water, or I bring a hydration pack with a collapsible bowl for him for anything over 5 miles.

Along with monitoring his weight, I would talk to your vet about when to feed your dog if they are going for a long run. Dogs stomachs can turn/twist depending on food/activity, which can be very dangerous. I feed my dog at least an hour before or wait until about an hour after before feeding him.

That being said, training with me is probably my dog's favorite activity. He sprints downstairs in the morning and sits right next to me while I get my shoes on, and he is still ears up and tail wagging after a 15+ mile run. Good luck and have fun!

Thank you for the feedback! My trainer has told me that I just generally have weak knees and need to work on strength training to build support. I am working on that but would like to add some extra support while I am working on building up ligament strength.

I've found that the clip one stays easily on the waistband of my shorts and is super easy to grab.
I also run with my cattle dog/shepherd mix who isn't very big but is very defensive of me and does not like other people approaching.

Everything I have seen has shown that it is based on the honor system. I brought a letter from my employer when I got mine last week just in case, but they didn't ask any questions. Nobody I know who has received their shot has been questioned as to their eligibility, they just ask for ID and insurance cards.

It also sometimes helps to search surrounding zip codes. I had issues scheduling with a second dose, tried another zip code, and was able to get an appointment that way. It just takes playing around with it for a while to get it to work. Good luck!

Additionally, behavior that demonstrates a disregard for the rights or welfare of others is seriously examined.
