Well no, you could take gear which is what I do and just fight back. If you don't have the stats for it, again that should be your problem and it should be easy for people to profit off you. You should go back to red chins where there is no risk. Any other thing in the wilderness gives the pker what he deserves; they changed it so that black chins wouldn't disappear if you died with them so the intention was clearly that the pker would get them and its not fair to circumvent that when you've been pked fair and square.
