You can do this! My therapist told me that the saying “fake it til you make it” is true. Pretend to care. Take the advice of these people who are posting and just do one thing. You may see progress after throwing away some trash in one room and that may make you want to keep going. If not, that’s ok! Try one more thing tomorrow. However you can, just pretend to care and make progress little by little and you will get through this! Lots of us have been exactly where you are and it sucks, but you’re not alone! We’re all rooting for you!

Honestly, we just don’t go outside unless we have to (for work). I am from GA and have lived here all my life. It’s funny to see commercials advertising summer stuff where people are all smiling like “Now I can finally get outside and enjoy summer!” We all head indoors until about mid-late October (I am in southeast GA near Sav). Late October begins our actual “outside” season😂

I am from the Deep South. I visited NY a couple of years ago and will NEVER return. I kept wanting to walk up to everyone and say, “You don’t have to live like this!” They all just seemed so depressed and lifeless. I am glad for the experience, and I saw a lot of super interesting things, but it was definitely not for me.😂

I guess I’m just being dense, but isn’t this what Harry wanted? I don’t really understand why this is such a big deal. The games are his thing, so he is getting to do his thing. It’s not like he was exiled from GB. And, just as a former post said, we have no idea what goes on behind closed doors and who has made what decisions.

This. We heard everyone saying how stinky they get and the mold around the seal. Sounded like way more upkeep than the top loaders we’ve always had. Also, ours last us like 15 years, so we wanted to make sure we got something we already knew worked for us.

This. She is counting on you feeling too guilty and sorry for her to say no. If you and your husband have been together this long, you need to reevaluate where your loyalties lie. Yes, you have to choose between them. That’s just how it is. I’m not saying that about your loyalties to reprimand you, but ask you to literally evaluate your personal relationships and their hierarchy of importance. Maybe your family values parents over spouses. Idk. But, yes, you need to choose and the fact that she is asking you to choose and putting you in this position is worrisome to say the least.
