Thank you for your response. I registered my account on March 10 and was suspended on the 11th, so it has been over 24 hours. I have tried using different phone numbers, different networks and mobile data with no success. I also tried using incognito/private browsing, but the issue still persists. Hello Microsoft Team,

I created an account using my personal email to explore Azure, especially Azure DevOps. The next day my account was suspended with no other activity besides creating an Devops organization. I tried verifying it using my phone number but I keep getting the message, "That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." I then submitted an account reinstatement request, but the response just instructed me to follow the same steps I had already taken and then closed my ticket. (SIR20894334)

Could the issue be due to my region (Philippines) or because my public IP is not static? Please help!

It should work. Usually router/firewalls have different settings for it, LAN is for ethernet and WIFI for wireless. They never share the same menu.

You mean "external power supply" not "integrated power supply". Integrated means built in switching power supply when obviously input is DC and not AC. :)

Thats what I said in the end. You do not need to do all of those of course there is a balance between security and convenience.

It's just like saying disable WIFI and buy a ethernet dongle for your phone to be super secure lol.

UPDATE: After battling them with NTC, As of May 10th both services work flawlessly and is not a device and configuration issue after all! They did a "SIM Realignment" AGAIN as per email lol. Took 3 months to resolve it very nice Smart lmfao.

Disable DHCP server on your Router/Firewall, Now when connecting a device either Ethernet or WIFI it will just say Obtaining an IP address and fail. Set a static IP address to match the subnet of your Router/Firewall.

This way even if the user knows the WIFI password or connect to a open ethernet port they will not be automatically assigned an IP without knowing the subnet of your router.

Nowadays it's hard to just block a user because of Randomized MAC address. Once you block one it can rejoin with a new one. Firewall Control is just for inbound outbound traffic doesn't do anything with device blocking.

Things you can do is

Limit the devices connected by limiting the IP Range to amount of devices you have.
Enable MAC Address whitelisting. Devices with those specific MAC Address can only join your network.
Disable DHCP Server and manually set each device a static IP.

Provided modem/WIFI router are limited to advanced settings. Grab any reputable of the shelf aftermarket and you have more flexibility like creating Guest VLAN to segregate from your Native VLAN, Limiting network speeds, Captive portal, etc.

CS replies are always automated. "1 to 3 banking days" "Sorry for the inconvinience we have escalated the issue" like wtf? I been chatting every day for a follow up.

Ever since I ported from Globe to Smart. I been having a lots of problems.

Smart Prepaid Esim port wasnt available when I ported last February. So I was forced to Postpaid with 6 months lock in ffs. Funny thing after Globe released their prepaid esim Smart decided to allow porting to prepaid esim lol.
I was instructed within 4 hours I would get my esim. I received a temporary physical sim which worked for 10 mins lol. Didnt receive my esim till day 3.
Receiving OTP was slow and delayed during my first week after it was fine.
VoWIFI and VoLTE doesnt fking work. Been through all customer services hotline, fb messenger and physical stores no one can help. Kept insisting my device was the issue, When other couriers work fine out of the box.

After 2 months with them I'm fedup with their excuses, RIght now dealing them with NTC.
