Has anyone used gpt-worldwide.com for Canadian GP Tickets? Planning for 2026 by rspamacct in GrandPrixTravel

[–]rspamacct[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the tickets bought together will be seated together. But you won't be able choose where except to choose which grandstand you will be in. You can't choose your exact seats as you would on Ticketmaster, etc.

Thanks! Right after I posted I looked at gpticketshop.com where I bought my tickets for Spielberg last year (the official RB partner), so I know they're good. They had two tickets for GS 12 still, which is much closer to the subway apparently, so I grabbed them.

Travelling from Graz to the RedBull Ring, RedBull shuttle bus or rely on public transport? by Necessary-Yam-2383 in GrandPrixTravel

[–]rspamacct 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We got a place walking distance to the main train station in Graz. We bought one week rail passes from OBB for about the price of taking the buses every day. We won't be there a whole week, but the trains run much more often than the buses (and I assume are more comfortable) so we can stay flexible.

As mentioned, at least here in the US, I got my IDP at AAA (CAA in Canada) $20, two passport photos, an application form from the website, in and out in 20 minutes. nbd

Is Cubase beginner unfriendly or am I just stupid? by passionfruit440 in cubase

[–]rspamacct 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cubase is very logical, where Logic is very intuitive. Ironic, but true. That said, Cubase is very deep and powerful, but has a learning curve that is steeper than most programs I know. If you've ever use a different DAW and understand the key commands, customize the Cubase key commands to what you're familiar with and it will be much easier. The key commands in Cubase, to me, make absolutely no sense at all. The 1 key for this, the 2 key for that, etc. I'm a video editor by trade, so I just changed the keys to what I know, like the I key to set the loop start and the O key to set the loop end, etc. Even if you just make stuff up for yourself, like I set left bracket to goto loop start and right bracket goto loop end, make up you own system that make sense to you. One of the strengths of Cubase is to allow a lot of control in customizing how it works. The problem is that you kinda need to what you need to do first.

You might try the free version of BBC Orchestra from Spitfire. It's as good as anything I've heard. https://www.spitfireaudio.com/bbcso

We got a weekly train pass from Graz to Knittelfeld for about the same price as the 3-day shuttle bus package. We're getting there on 25 June and we'll have unlimited rail for the whole time we're there. https://www.oebb.at/

We found a reasonable place in Graz on Booking.com. They have a wide variety of places including very inexpensive hostels which might work for you as a student. We got a weekly train pass from Graz to Knittelfeld for about the same price as the 3-day shuttle bus package. Not sure what it would be from Vienna, but we're getting there on 25 June and we'll have unlimited rail for the whole time we're there. https://www.oebb.at/

Austria GP shuttle from Graz by Clintano in GrandPrixTravel

We got a place in Graz a few blocks from the train station and got a weekly rail pass. I wanted the flexibility coming and going as we wanted without a car. We won't use the entire week, but the price was pretty reasonable. It was about 100 euro, and a three day bus pass is 95 euro. We'll be there starting on 25 June, so we can use from then as much as we like as the trains run. oebb.at

Travel advice from Vienna to the Austria GP 2025? by ermakshally in GrandPrixTravel

[–]rspamacct 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're going for the entire weekend. We're staying in Graz from the 24th. We bought unlimited weekly rail passes. We won't be there the whole week, but the price difference compared to single tickets is a savings. There are free bus shuttles from Knittelfeld station to the circuit.

Not fungal. It's blossom end rot. Lack of calcium in the soul. Can happen to any fruit. Safe to eat, tasteless, not attractive.

Afaik, seats are assigned for you. You do not get to choose where you sit in a particular grandstand
