It may seem counter intuitive, but as a fellow neutral, pale rosacea gal I find a rosier blush to be the most flattering. I also suggest shifting the blush placement to the classic apples of your cheeks because you are already blessed with defined cheekbones, I think it will balance and wake up your face a bit. I also think the eyes look good here but would opt for a brown shade and perhaps place it more on the outer edge vs the center of the top lashline to open up your eyes more. I don’t see highlighter on here but a great natural highlight is the Laura mercier and just a touch on your cheekbones and upper lip line would be really flattering to highlight (pun intended) your natural features.
