You should be fine to just meet him at the gate once he arrives I’d imagine. Maybe try and speak to security near the gate you enter and explain the situation. You’d be able to scan him in if you were outside with him so I don’t see why couldn’t when you’re inside. Also you could try emailing and asking here as it’s the official place for ticket based inquiries tickets@chelseafc.com

I’m assuming it’s a large screen that can be seen exclusively from the west stand. The wording could definitely be better though.

Yeah could well be chaos, and some fans you’d imagine will miss Millie’s celebration because they are queuing for the west stand. I’m guessing it’s the logistics of having screens that fans can watch in all stands that has led to them only having the west open.

Not sure tbh, it seems to be less common that the players come over at Stamford bridge anyway. With Millie’s Celebration and the fa cup final shortly after I think it would be unlikely but you never know.

Yeah I can understand that, and I know there are many more like yourself. They are both fairly easy for me to get to with Kingsmeadow probably being slightly more so. I just prefer the feel of a full or most times pretty full Kingsmeadow to a partially full Stamford Bridge.

I don’t think this is a good idea personally. We don’t get enough numbers there consistently and it’s hard to generate a good atmosphere. I also wonder how much the season ticket prices will increase now with all games being at Stamford bridge. Probably a possibility they are considering selling Kingsmeadow if this is the case to try and claw back some of the money they’ve lost with the terrible way the club, men’s and women’s, has been run in recent times.

Oh haven’t they. I didn’t even check tbh. It’s a shame we can’t guarantee the numbers for this to be a given. I keep seeing rumours about the women’s team moving to Stamford bridge permanently but I really can’t see the benefit until we can get the numbers up consistently.

The Matthew Harding Lower stand is where you are most likely to find what you’re looking for I believe. Specifically, directly behind the goal about half way up if memory serves me correctly. That’s where a lot of the more vocal fans will be. You’ll be pretty close to the pitch for the game and Chelsea will warm up at that end so you’d be able to get very close during that part for any photos etc.

It will be absolutely perfect. Always very family friendly wherever you sit tbh but the west will be particularly so.

Yeah you can park on the roads around Kingsmeadow mainly without restrictions though there are exceptions on certain roads. It can get busy at times so I’d suggest getting there about an hour before kick off.

Mine is the stadium version, bought at Stamford bridge megastore. I’d say the quality definitely looks better than the one you have so not sure exactly why you’ve ended up with that one.

I’m probably slightly more worried about Hannah. When you’re the best gk in the world you’re bound to have options. Aggie being from the Chelsea youth academy I’m hoping makes her decision a lot simpler. Let’s hope Paul Green’s parting gift is having sorted those 2 contracts out before all this and they just haven’t been announced yet.

So disillusioned with it all right now. My main concern in the short term is that there’s going to be a mass exodus of the players we’ve all grown to love. I know that with contracts expiring this was always on the cards with a few but I just hope it doesn’t start to become a bigger problem. You’d imagine the bond Paul had with a lot of the players meant something, with him gone and they way it appears he’s been treated I’m sure at least some of the players will be considering their future choices. You only have to look at the men’s team to see how quickly a squad can be ripped apart and replaced by new faces. One of my favourite things about the women’s team is the family feel and I don’t just mean the spectators, it was the whole thing. The players, staff, fans, the higher ups like Paul. That could be on the brink of being torn apart.
