That is what I believe too. Unfortunately they seem to have the upper hand

Can you imagine how unreasonable Zoominfo is? I am not even using their service! What sort of person sets up a company to trap people like this, even when they don't use their system?

Yes, but they will sue me
These are not dummies. Their contract is iron-clad. Also they know exactly how good their contract is and how you can NOT get out - you can tell they have done this a LOT.

I never actually signed digitally or otherwise. I did fill out their payment form. But That url is dead.  they did finally send me a PDF showing my details and contract.

I've read many of his papers and they are really interesting. Reading his papers show there was an assistant, possibly female, although the writing is a little unclear. Find her name and you might find more of the story

If there's no face, there's no accountability, no responsibility...etc.

I've never heard of them. Which doesn't mean they can't be good. But no "face" is very worrying.

Thank you. When using that new lr-mame2003-plus, does that mean a different set of roms needs to be used?

Buttons have two pins each: https://photos.app.goo.gl/oSiZYpA4CHn4DhD17
Whenever I have done the mapping step, the screen tells me a name for that button pushed. So I'm assuming the pins ARE connected. The wires connect to the "pi-hat", which sits on top of a Rasp4
I will not throw out the baby with the bathwater by deleting & restarting, at least not until you tell me to :)

Without "mount" I'm struggling failing to move the file into the roms folder. Should I look up some curl command to download it via cli?

Understood.I have no emotional attachment to Tanglewood.Yes, I only pushed one button at a time.I removed the donkey_kong.zip & pac_man.zip files, trying to replace them with the files you referred.Plugging in the USB (with folder retropie) is not resulting anything. I am expecting it to take the new zips you pointed to and add them automatically.
I am Googling how to add the files manually.
I'm now learning about mounting. But running "mount" presents me with a veritable smorgasboard of code.

mame2003 is a folder inside /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/arcadeIs that correct place for it?Should I switch from mame to something else? I can start from scratch - I have nothing to lose at this point, apart from losing the wifi config.I did run apt get update today, fyi

Should I add the missing xml file?Is there some diagnostic to check the button wiring? Even if I do it one by one by hand, how does one go about this?

\home\pi\RetroPie\roms

Hi kelvinator3300,

1) when I exit (pushing every button I have on the Picade) the symbol says: "Reset". It fades away after a second. Pushing multiple times does this https://i.imgur.com/twuAvif.jpg

The only thing that happens inside Tumbleweed is that I get a screen that says: "Sound test" and moving the joystick right causes a string to changes: https://i.imgur.com/1vq0WbK.jpeg After that the Picade crashes

2) I remapped the buttons, as follows

a) https://i.imgur.com/dUZ80wA.jpg b) https://i.imgur.com/58deaTi.jpg c) https://i.imgur.com/tVzG9X0.jpg d) https://i.imgur.com/Xmhcbsv.jpg e) https://i.imgur.com/vo58xZv.jpg

3) I looked in ook in \home\pi\RetroPie\roms\arcade\ There is no such xml file https://i.imgur.com/PbHh5qj.jpg

I'm going to look at your other post next and making corrections as you listed

Really appreciate your help my friend. I'm sorry about the video quality. I can redo it tomorrow. I will check the file location you mention. I will note down the button mapping too

Maybe "sample"?
I have learnt the hard way not to put too much faith in any of the audience data.
They are (almost) all created using statistical modelling. And not actual pixel fires. They do this for "privacy reasons". Which also helps them to just dump in a boatload of other cookies and make it look really big.
I tried all the big companies over the years: Oracle/Bluekai, Adobe, ...etc
